1. Products and Services
All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Due to the nature of Marble Handicrafts and natural materials, slight variations in color, finish, and size may occur; these are considered characteristics of the product, not defects.
2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
3. Intellectual Property
The content, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs on this website, are the property of Essario International and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Wholesale and Custom Orders
- Agreement: Bulk/Wholesale and Customization orders are subject to a separate, mutually agreed-upon contract, which will supersede these general Terms where applicable.
- Payment & Production: A non-refundable advance payment is typically required to initiate production on custom and large wholesale orders.
5. Limitation of Liability
Essario International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
6. Governing Law These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
