Delivery Timeline
1. Processing Time (Retail Orders)
All retail orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders with a large number of items may require additional processing time.
2. Estimated Shipping Timelines

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.
4. International Orders & Customs
- Duties and Taxes: For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- Declaration: We are required to declare the actual value of all shipments and cannot mark items as “gifts.”
5. Wholesale/Bulk Order Delivery
Delivery timelines for wholesale and bulk orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be explicitly defined in your Wholesale Agreement, accounting for production time, method of transport (sea or air freight), and final destination.
