Returns & Refund Policy
1. General Retail Returns
- Eligibility Window: You have 4 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for retail purchases made on our website.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Disposable items (e.g., Eco Plates) where the sealed packaging has been opened.
- Clearance or Sale items (unless defective).
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@palarica.com with your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the product.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 4 Days of delivery) with clear photographs of the damage/defect and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Wholesale/Custom Order Returns
All sales on custom and wholesale orders are final. Returns or refunds for these orders are only accepted if the product deviates substantially from the agreed-upon contract specifications.
